| 摘 要： | "治国必先治党,治党必须从严"是中国共产党80年成长壮大的成功经验.坚持治国必先治党、治党必须从严,是维护和巩固党的执政地位、发挥党的领导核心作用、实现国家长治久安的必然要求;是保持党的先进性和纯洁性,增强党的创造力、凝聚力、战斗力的重要保证.在新的历史发展阶段,党要把"三个代表"重要思想同加强和改进党的作风建设结合起来,全面加强党的建设,使党永葆生机和活力.

| Abstract: | It is the success experience for 80 years' growth of CPC to "Administering Party necessary for state affairs' management and being strict for Party's administration". It is necessary demand to stick up to and consolidate the status of ruling Party and develop the core function of our Party, realize the long term peace of our country and it is also the important guarantee to keep the pureness and progress of our Party, enhance the creativity, aggregation force and fighting strength of our Party. In the new history development stage, our Party combines "three representatives" with the construction of Party's style, enhancing the construction of our Party roundly to keep the vitality and energy of our Party. |
