突发公共事件临战处置机制研究

突发公共事件对社会具有严重危害,公安机关的职责是维护社会稳定,维护社会治安秩序,因此必须建立起应对突发公共事件的预警与应急机制,以防范和应对可能发生或已经发生的突发公共事件,把突发公共事件对社会的影响和危害降低到最低限度。

On the mechanism of dealing with the public sudden occurrences

The public sudden occurrences do harm to the society.The responsibility of the public security organ is to keep the social stability and the security of society.Thus we should set up the mechanism of the meeting an e- mergency and alarming in advance to the public sudden occurrences,in order to keep away and deal with the things which are likely to happen or had happened.And it will minimize the harm and affect of the public sudden occur- rences.
