基层公安机关科技强侦浅议

目前,在基层公安机关科技强侦工作中存在比较突出的问题,主要是对公安刑事技术工作重要性认识不足,机构设置不合理,技术人员数量少、素质也不高,经费投入没有保障,各地发展不平衡等。因此,基层公安机关要走好科技强侦之路必须统一认识,建立健全科技强侦机制,增加投入,强化素质,充实技术人员,上级公安机关也要加强科技强侦工作的领导。

A Brief Discussion on Strengthening Investigation by Science and Technology in Primary Public Security Organs

In primary public security organs, there are some prominent questions in the current work of strengthening investigation by science and technology, such as a lack of knowledge of the importance of criminal technical work, the unreasonableness of the organization set-up, the small number and low quality of the technical staff and so on. As a result, primary public security organs must seek unity of thinking, put more investment and improve the quality of the staff. At the same time, the higher public security organs should reinforce their leadership in the work.
