| 摘 要： | 在建设社会主义法治国家的过程中,人身自由及其法律保护制度已为世人所关注。作为人民民主专政的社会主义国家,公民的人身自由不受侵犯,公民的人格尊严不受侵犯,公民的住宅不受侵犯,公民的通信自由不受侵犯。
