| Abstract: | There are different understandings about the object of execution.In reality, there also exist difficulties and disorders in execution. Studies on such problem as the concept of the object of execution,legal features, whether the person can be used as the object of direct execution,execution commingling of money and property, concurrence of execution, opposition of the object of execution by person other than involcved in the case, and action of opposition, etc. must be carried out in order to guide the practice. |
