楚国司法制度探微

１９８７年１月,湖北省楚国故都纪南城北的荆门十里铺包山岗二号楚墓发现了大批竹简,这批竹简记录了战国时楚国的司法制度,如受期制度、读告制度等等;同时这批竹简也为了解楚国的司法职官制度提供了重要线索。楚国的司法制度有很强的地方文化特色,对于我们全面了解中国古代的法律文化面貌具有重要意义。

Research on Judicial System in State of Chu

In January, 1987, a great amount of bamboo slips were found in the second Chu Tomb at Baoshangang, Shilipu, Jingmen of Hubei province, which is north to Jinan City, former capital of Chu. System of Shouqi and system of Dugao in the judicial system of Chu in the period of Zhanguo were recorded on the bamboo slips. The important clues contained in the bamboo slips are helpful for us to understand the system of judicial officials of Chu. The judicial system of Chu bears a strong sense of local culture which is significant for us to understand the outlook of legal culture of ancient China.
