| 摘 要： | 劳动教养是一项具有中国特色的法律制度,但由于目前我国劳动教养制度立法规定的粗疏,程序制定的不规范,造成实施过程中出现诸多问题,已引起了社会各界的争议。因此,进一步规范和明确劳动教养制度的性质、决定机关、适用范围和期限,完善劳动教养制度的相关规定,以利于该制度的正确实施。

| Abstract: | Reeducation-through-labor is a system with Chinese characteristic.But it has caused argues by all kinds of people for it has caused a lot of problems when it was carried out,because of careless,Non-standardized Establishing procedures,when we established the system.So it is necessary for us to norms and further define the characteristic,Authorities making decision,scope and deadline,perfect relevant provisions of Reeducation-through-labor system so as to implement it correctly |
