| 摘 要： | 文化对外交有着重要影响,传统文化对周恩来外交思想产生了深刻影响。这表现在：周恩来外交思想的基本原则受到了传统文化中＂和＂的精神的影响;其外交礼仪思想吸收了传统礼仪文化的因素;其外交谋略受到了传统谋略思想的启迪;其外交艺术、外交教育思想吸收了传统文化的营养。
