| Abstract: | The inner-Party electoral system symbolizes the degree of the practice of the inner-Party democracy . It safeguards the lawful power of the Party organizations all levels, normalizes to build leading groups at all levels and a contingent of cadres and ensures that the Party members go in for the inner-Party affairs. We need to reform and improve the inner-Party electoral system so as to truly put into effect. |
