市民社会理论及其现代意义

市民社会理论因其重要的学术价值和现实意义,多年来引起众多中西方学者对它研究和关注。以往的研究着重揭示市民社会的理论意义及其在西方社会引发的价值,而对中西之间的社会差异性和基础关注不够,缺少对马克思的市民社会批判理论的探讨,使人们对它如雾里看花,难窥其奥。本文通过对市民社会思想的实质及演化路径的分析,剖析了马克思的市民社会批判理论,阐述了中国市民社会的建构思路,给出了自己独特的认识。

The Theory of Civil Society and the Significance in Modern Times

Due to its academic value and practical significance,the idea of civil society has attracted a lot of attention from many Chinese and Western scholars for many years.Because it focused more on unveiling the theoretical significance of civil society and its value in the western society,less on social differences and basis between the West and China,and lacked the study on Marx's critical theory of civil society,the previous studies still have a blurred vision and can't be understood better.With an analysis of the nature of the idea of civil society and its developmental path,this paper analyzes Marx's critical theory of society and accounts for the author's thought of constructing Chinese civil society.
