| 摘 要： | 由于分配与法律之间的密切关系所决定,经济法在社会分配过程中具有特殊的地位和作用。但是,应对极具复杂性的社会分配问题,经济法在调整社会分配关系时,既面临着发生在国家、企业与个人之间的分配关系的范围限制,也面临着来自于政府有限理性以及预算、税收和财政支出等调整方法方面的局限。因此,经济法在社会分配中的作用和边界问题值得关注与重视。

| Abstract: | Since decided by the intimate relationship between distribution and law,economic law plays an important role in social distribution.However,economic law faces with limitations like the limitation of scope by state,enterprises and individuals as well as the method of budget,taxation and finance.Therefore,the function and boundary of economic law in social distribution should be deeply concerned. |
