试论社区被害人的援助

在我国开展被害人的社区援助工作,是建设和谐社区的应有之意,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。在开展社区被害人援助工作中,应以社区基层政府为主导,综合各种社会资源,建立社区心理咨询室、医疗机构,形成良好的社区文化,为被害人提供物质、心理、情感等方面的援助。
