邓小平社会主义市场经济理论内容新论

摘    要:邓小平社会主义市场经济理论内涵丰富,博大精深,其突破性贡献集中在三大方面,即:提出社会主义可以而且应该搞市场经济。具体又包括市场经济与社会主义相容论、计划与市场都是配置资源手段论、市场经济不具有社会制度属性论、计划与市场有机结合论;提出发展社会主义市场经济有利于促进生产力的发展和经济的繁荣,具体又包括发展市场经济的生产力标准论、发展市场经济是社会主义的本质要求论、大胆吸收和借鉴人类社会创造的一切文明成果论、通往富裕和繁荣之路论;论证了中国社会主义市场经济具有自己的特色,具体又包括公有制经济占主体论、分配制度上的共同富裕论、更有力有效的宏观调控论、发展社会主义市场经济的政治保证论。除此之外,邓小平社会主义市场经济理论的创新成果还包括形成了新的所有制结构理论、初步形成了新的分配理论、初步形成了社会主义市场体系理论、初步形成了建立现代企业制度的理论。等等。

Abstract:The connotation of Deng Xiao - ping socialist marketing economics theory is rich, extensive and profound. The contribution focus on the three aspect, namely put forward that the socialist may and should develop the socialist marketing, which include market economy and socialist compatible theory, the theory that plan and market are allocating resources; the theory marketing economy not have regime property; the dynamic integration theory between the plan and market, put forward that developing the socialist market economy in favor of accelerating development of the productivity and the prosperity of the economy, which include the productivity criterion theory to develop economy, the theory of the developing marketing economy being the essence demand and so on, demonstrate that socialist marketing economics has its own feature, which include the theory of the public sector remaining dominant, common prosperity theory, macro - control theory etc. besides, the innovation production of Deng Xiao - ping socialist marketing economics theory include that shaping the new ownership structure theory , distribution theory , socialist market economy system theory and so on.
