| 摘 要： | 尽管金融危机以来,迫于就业压力,许多大学生都想加入＂村官＂的行列,但农村工作的现状却令不少大学生村官开始犹豫当初的选择。如何培养一批＂愿意去、留得住、干得好＂的村官已经为各界关注。只有从自我知觉层面出发,对大学生村官的自我概念、自我效能感进行分析,解决大学生村官的思想问题,坚定他们的工作信念,增强信心,促进大学生村官健康成长,才能促进新农村建设的可持续发展。
