| 摘 要： | 随着我国以公有制为主体,多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度的初步形成,非公经济迅速发展.非公企业劳动关系的冲突对经济发展提出挑战,也对社会稳定造成冲击.因此研究非公企业工会维权的目标设定与理论支撑是十分必要的.

| Abstract: | The initial economic structure, with public ownership as its main body, where economy with different modes of ownership are commonly developing. And the non-public ownership is rapidly growing. The mode of economic development and social stability are constantly being challenged by the conflict of labor relations in the non-public enterprises. So it is imperative to discuss the objective orientation and related theories in the course of safeguarding the rights and interests of staff members. |
