新加坡反贪污制度评析

在非西方国家推进法治的过程中,腐败成为了一个严重的问题,而新加坡在前总理李光耀的领导下,始终把提高政府工作效率和树立廉洁的形象作为其执政的两大目标。在反贪肃贪的斗争中却取得了成功。本文作者试图从其反贪污法的历史发展和内容特点的角度出发,评析其反贪污制度,并在此基础上分析中国反腐败法制之缺陷,建议引进新加坡成功经验,完善我国反腐败法制。

Review and Analysis of the Anti-corruption System of Singapore

In the promotion of the rule of law in non-western countries, corruption is a serious problem. The Singaporean government, under the leadership of pre-premier Lee kuan yew, always regards increasing the efficiency of government and establishing an incorrupt image as its two major targets, and gains success in the battle of anti-corruption. The author attempts to review the system of anti-corruption in Singapore from the angle of the institutional history and specialty. On this basis, the author also reviews the defect of Chinese anti-corruption law, and suggests that we should introduce Singapore's experiences toimprove our own.
