| Abstract: | With the rapid development since Reform and Opening up, the nonprofit orgnizations（NPOs） have provided the reform of governance in China＇s society with golden opportunities. Also the deveopment of NPOs has great significance for the stabilization and health of China＇s economic society. The cooperation of NPOs and governments at all levels should be strenthened to transform the governance mode of China＇s society from bureaucratic governance to sound management. |
