The Defects of Financing System in Russia and Its Lessons

The financing system of Russia has been regulated and developed in certain degrees after the financial crisis in 1998,but there are still many defects in some aspects of its financing system such as the financing scale,quality and efficiency.These defects separate the financing system from the real economy,aggravate the fragility and instability of the economy and cause the imbalance of the economic structure.These defects have intimate relations with the blindness of financial liberalization,the behavior of microeconomic units and the institutional environment.China should learn from its lesson by continually perfecting the financing system and creating good financial environment of the economic development.
