| 摘 要： | 随着网络的发展,网络舆论监督已成为重要的监督形式,发挥着特有的监督功能.由于受各种因素的制约,目前我国网络舆论监督中还面临着诸多矛盾和问题.解决这些矛盾和问题,要求整合各种资源加强网络基础设施建设,综合防范网络舆论监督过程中的侵权现象,构建网络舆论监督机制,创新网络舆论监督的形式与方法.
