协调劳动关系构建和谐社会

工会组织作为党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,在团结动员职工群众,参与社会利益协调,构建和谐社会中具有不可替代的作用。工会应当围绕党委政府的中心工作,按照“组织起来、切实维权”的工作方针,履行各项社会职能,切实维护广大职工的合法权益,维护工人阶级队伍的团结统一,团结动员广大职工为全面建设小康社会多作贡献。

Readjust Industrial Relations and Build a Harmonious Society

As a bridge between the Party and the masses, trade union organizations play a uniquely important role in coordinating social interests and building a harmonious society. They should focus on the central tasks of Party committees and governments, protect the legitimate rights of workers in real earnest, maintain the solidarity and unity of the working class, and motivate the working masses to make greater contributions to the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.
