| 摘 要： | 科学发展观引发了公安教育创新问题的深层次思考，推进了公安教育解放思想与创新思维的提出，指导了公安教育思想解放与体制创新的深入实践。实践证明，公安教育只有立足“服务实战”，坚持“五个原则”，加强“五项机制”，实行“教、研、训、练、战”一体化，才能顺利推进公安教育自身建设的创新与拓展。
