| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的深入和社会体制的转型，社区在城市发展中的地位逐渐提升。为适应形势，共青团组织将触角延伸至社区，社区共青团工作由此应运而生。社区团组织在城市社区中具有特殊的地位，必须遵循一定的思路并掌握必要的切入方法展开工作，才能有效地凝聚社区青年，更好地为他们服务。但从目前的总体情况来看，由于青年与社区团组织关系的松散性，社区团工作与其他基层团建相比仍较为薄弱。因此，需要寻找对策，对其加以改进和提高。
