| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪后,欧盟与东盟的关系呈现新的发展势头:双方在经济、政治、安全、社会、文化等领域的合作不断扩大和深化,且这种合作关系建立在更加平等、互利、灵活、务实的基础之上.双方关系发展的动因在于国际形势的变化以及双方对共同利益的重新认识.
