| Abstract: | This article makes a statement on the definition, constituting elements and types of the crime of over - defending. The crime is a kind of over-response to emergency due to both subjective and objective elements. Its types are classified as over- defending, over- response to avoid danger, over self- rescue, and over- reaction in professional work. |
