| Abstract: | Establishing harmonious network is an important part of establishing harmonious society,and rule of law is the key factor of establishing harmonious network.Every country pay attention to regulate the network through the rule of law.Perfecting Chinese law of establishing harmonious network will promote the establishment of socialist harmonious society referencing advanced law of other countries. |
