村民自治中的政治现代化难题及其影响

解决农民问题是解决中国现代化问题的关键所在。本文试图分析农民在村民自治的具体实践中不同程度的面临的角色困惑、能力有限与权威多元等三大难题,并研究这些难题的存在对中国特色社会主义现代化建设可能产生的影响,以期能引起全社会对农民政治现代化问题的高度重视。

Problems in Villagers' Self-Government and their Influence upon the Political Modernization

The issue of "rural residents" is regarded as the key problem to China's modernization. This paper analyses the three difficult problems the rural residents are faced with in their practice of villagers' self-government, i.e., the problem of perplexed role, the problem of little ability and the problem of authority diversity, and the possible influence of these problems (upon) China's socialist modernization building, which is expected to bring a great nationwide attention to the rural residents political modernization.
