| 摘 要： | 社会和谐是我们党不懈的奋斗目标。政府作为社会的主要管理者，在促进社会和谐方面承担着重要职责。政府应当积极推动自身建设，努力打造服务型政府，推动和谐社会建设。建设服务型政府，要从转变政府职能、规范行政行为、深化机构改革、完善财政体制、提高公务员素质等方面综合推进。

| Abstract: | Social harmony is our Party's unremitting struggle target.As main governor to society,government plays an important role in promoting social harmony.So government should actively push forward self building and strive to build service-oriented government to promote harmonious construction.Building service-oriented government should impel synthesized in following aspects,including transform government functions,standard administrative action,deepen organization reform,perfect financial system and improve the quality of civil servants. |
