| Abstract: | It is the main tasks of the Trade Union to strengthen the harmonious relationship between the employers and the employees.Therefore,it is necessary to structure the eight systems for the cooperation of the labor and management and create a good atmosphere for the development of a new labor relationship under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics by according to the content and features of the harmonious relationship to restrict the disadvantages of it. |
