加入WTO后,党的作风建设面临着新的机遇和挑战。一方面,拓展了党解放思想、实事求是的实践新境界,WTO的经济拉动力在一定程度上转化为党风建设的外部动力;另一方面,资产阶级意识形态和西方价值观对党的作风建设形成较大的冲击,同时WTO的运行在实践上对党风建设产生一定的张力。为此,必须始终毫不动摇地坚持马克思主义的指导地位,吸收世界优秀文化成果,加强廉政教育,使制度建设与党风建设有机结合起来。
