| 摘 要： | 文章主要阐述了以下两方面的内容一、刑事侦查规律的概念以及认识侦查规律的途径和方法;二、把握和遵循侦查规律的途径以及侦查规律和指导原则之间的辩证关系.同时,文章还提出这样一个观点到目前为止,还不能认为我们已经全面地、深刻地、准确地揭示出了刑事侦查的规律.由此而来,又带来了另一个问题,那就是我们所确立的指导原则是否完全符合客观实际的要求?

| Abstract: | The essay elaborates mainly its content in two aspects.First,the concept of criminal investigation laws and ways and methods in realizing investigation laws.Second,the way of grasping and following investigation laws and dialectical relation between investigation laws and guiding principles.Meanwhile,the essay also raises an idea that we still can not reveal criminal investigation laws comprehensively,expoundly and exactly up to now.In view of this,there is another problem that whether the guiding principles established by us accord with the demands of objective reality completely or not. |
