对我国政府信息公开的几点思考

政府信息公开是推进民主政治、推进政治体制改革、推进政治文明的重要措施,目前我国政府信息偏重保密,公开程度较低,且政府为社会提供信息的方式和渠道过少,这既有认识上的原因,也存在政府工作缺乏有效监督机制的问题,尤其是保密问题成为政府信息公开的难点。为此,我们必须从法律、法规上来解决问题,从组织上来落实政府信息公开的工作。

Suggestions on Making Government Information Known to the Public

Making government information known to the public is an important measure for developing socialist democracy,going on with political restructuring and establishing political civilization. At present,the gevernment lays too much stress on keeping information secret from the public and has not enough channels through which information is given.This has resulted from the fact that officials do not understand the significance of making information public completely,and that there is lack of an effective mechanism for supervision.These problems can be solved only by drawing up related laws and regulations and implementing the system of keeping the public informed of the government affairs.
