摘    要:在工资集体协商工作中,除企业党政领导应首先提高对推行该项工作意义的认识外,正确分析企业经济发展现状乃是搞好该项工作的重要前提,而做好事前沟通则是保证合同得到全面履行的有效方法,至于提高职工代表政策水平,那更是搞好协商工作的重要保障。

Abstract:The leaders in the enterprise should improve the ideology to understand the meaning of the work firstly in the work of collective bargaining wage. They should analyze the current economic developing situation correctly and it is the essential precondition. The effective way is communication which can safeguard the contract to be carried out completely. And another guarantee to deal with consulting work well is to improve the staff' s representatives' political quality.
