学习贯彻"三个代表"重在研究解决现实问题

把对“三个代表”重要思想的学习引导到解决现实问题上来,是中国特色社会主义事业发展的需要,是国内外形势发展的需要,是取信于民的需要。当前应当着重解决的重大现实问题中,党的领导方式和执政方式的改革和完善与科学发展观的树立,是两个关乎全局的大问题。理论工作者在武装思想和指导实践方面肩负着重要责任。

Priority Should Be Given to Solving Realistic Problems When Studying and Implementing the "Three Represents" Theory

To build socialism with Chinese characteristics, meet the needs of situations both at home and abroad, and win the trust of the people, it is necessary to guide the study of the "Three Represents" in the direction of solving realistic problems. Among the current most urgent problems demanding prior resolutions, two big issues are of universal importance. One is to reform and improve the Party' s leadership and governing styles, the another is to foster a scientific outlook on development. Theoreticians shoulder important responsibilities in terms of arming people' s minds and instructing their practices.
