| Abstract: | One of the main tasks about school management is the management about teachers. It plays an important role in raising the teaching quality in schools. The teacher management consists of many aspects, inclusive of political behavior. occupational ethics. psychology quality, vocational level, scientific research activities and the ability to do the work. To counter the problems in the management about teachers, we must strengthen the management that is of science and of artistic quality. |
