| 摘 要： | 律师辩护在刑事诉讼中发挥作用的大小,体现了一个国家的诉讼民主文明程度。我国的律师辩护制度虽然较以前有巨大进步,但与发达国家相比,仍有许多不尽人意的地方,需要加以改进和完善。

Although the system of criminal defense in China has made a greater progress than before, in contrast to the developed countries, there are still many shortcomings which should be improved and perfected. |
