| Abstract: | The article analyzed the situation of industries' structure of the two countries.From the point of the legislative value and structure,the characteristics of the two countries' foreign capital legislation are analyzed.According to the feature of the measures encouraging the foreign capital and the tax revenue,the differences of the two countries' detailed system in foreign capital legislation are studied. |
