| Abstract: | The objects of training teaching are police officers at different stages of professional development. Under the guidance of structuralism education theory,trainees are helped to build new knowledge system through timely and effective teaching based on different professional characteristics,forming a teaching mode with transfor- mation,reflection and stimulation as purpose,thus,professional growth of the police can be promoted. |
