摘    要:在职民警培训教学面对的是处于不同专业成长阶段的民警.在建构主义教育思想指导下,针对民警不同专业发展特征,采取适时而有效的教学,帮助学员建构新知识,形成以转化、反思和激发为目的的教学模式,才能促进民警的专业成长.

Abstract:The objects of training teaching are police officers at different stages of professional development. Under the guidance of structuralism education theory,trainees are helped to build new knowledge system through timely and effective teaching based on different professional characteristics,forming a teaching mode with transfor- mation,reflection and stimulation as purpose,thus,professional growth of the police can be promoted.
