| 摘 要： | 企业要稳定发展, 必须重视和加强企业文化建设。企业文化建设是一项系统工程, 要不断创新和发展, 形成具有本企业特色的企业文化。要以人为本, 以提高职工思想道德素质和科学文化素质为中心, 以培育企业精神为突破口发展企业文化, 不断提高企业的整体素质和综合实力。

| Abstract: | Enterprises must greatly value and enhance the construction of corporation culture. The construction of corporation culture is a systemic project and is required to make continuous innovation and development, and to form corporation culture with their own characteristics. Enterprises need to improve their own corporation cultures by taking people as center, focusing on increase of workers' ideological and moral quality and the quality of science and culture, and taking cultivation of corporation spirit as the breakthrough point. |
