明代中国与旧港的海上交往及现今启示

旧港位于马六甲海峡和巽他海峡之间,是古代海上丝绸之路航线上的重要港口。终明一代,中国与旧港保持着交往,其中永乐时期旧港宣慰司的设置是明代中国与旧港之间的重要事件。旧港宣慰司由明朝任命当地人治理,享有独立的外交权、管理权、制定赏罚的法律权,明朝不干涉其管理。旧港宣慰司的设置是明朝处理海外关系的一种文明形式,为今天构建21世纪海上丝绸之路各国命运共同体提供文明经验和历史借鉴。

The Maritime Intercourse Between China and Jiugang in Ming Dynasty and Its Present Enlightenment

Jiuganglocated between M alacca Strait and Sunda Strait,which was an important port on the ancient maritime Silk Road route.In Ming Dynasty,China and the Jiugang maintained exchanges,among which the establishment of the Jiugang Xuan Wei Si and consolation department in Yongle period was an important event.The propaganda and consolation Department of the Jiugang was appointed by the Ming Dynasty to run by the local people,who enjoyed independent diplomatic power,management power and legal power to formulate rewards and punishments.The establishment of the Jiugang Xuan Wei Si was a civilized form of dealing with overseas relations in the Ming Dynasty,providing civilized experience and historical reference for today’s construction of a community of shared destiny of the 21 st century Maritime Silk Road countries.
