高校思想政治教育工作者的素质现状调查与分析

高校思想政治教育工作者是大学德育工作的直接承担者,承担着促进大学生德、智、体全面发展的重要任务。本文采取开放式问卷的方式,以“大学生对思想政治教育工作者作用的认识”“、大学生认为思想政治教育工作者应当具备的素质”、“大学生认为思想政治教育工作者不该有的行为”等问题进行了调查,分析得出思想政治教育工作者应当具有良好的心理和道德素质,应当及时了解并针对当前大学生的思想特点和心理特点开展工作。要不断地规范自己的行为,完善自我形象,使自己的行为与大学生心目中的形象吻合起来。

Investigation and Analysis of Current University's Ideology and Politics Educators' Quality

University's ideology and politics educator is a direct undertaker of the moral work of the university, bearing the all-round development of university student's morality, intelligence, and body. This article fetches the way of the open questionnaire, goes on an investigation on such questions as "university student's understanding of educator's function of ideology and politics", "the quality that educator should possess", and "the behavior that educator shouldn't have". then concludes that the ideology and politics educators should have good psychology and ethical quality, should understand in time and carry on the work to thought characteristic and psychological characteristic of university students at present, and should norm their own behavior constantly, improve the self-image, make the image in their own behavior identify with that in university student's mind.
