| 摘 要： | 我国职务犯罪具有数量多,人员层次高,范围广,团伙化,手段职能化等特点。职务犯罪的成因十分复杂,不仅有主观原因,也有客观原因。防治职务犯罪的着力点应放在强化教育、制约权力、加强法制、严格管理等关键部位和环节上,运用经济、政治、法律、教育、行政等手段进行综合治理。

| Abstract: | In China,the duty crimes has the characters of large quantity,high grade personnel,wide range,collectiviz-ed,means functionalization.The causes are complicated,which includes subjective reasons and objective reasons.The at-tention should be put on the intensive education,restricting power,strengthening the legal system,strict management in duty crimes prevention.The economic,political,legal,educational,administrative methods should be used in the compre-hensive control. |
