科学定位政府角色加快推进“城中村”改造——基于科学发展观的分析视角

“城中村”改造是一项系统工程，需要集聚各方合力推动其发展，政府在其中无疑扮演着关键的角色，肩负着重要的使命。然而当前我国“城中村”改造作为城市化进程的重大战略抉择，却面临着种种困境和局限，特别对政府的角色定位和职能体现提出了更高诉求，迫切要求政府部门要以科学发展观为统领，加快推进“城中村”改造，实现城市有条不紊、协调可持续发展。

Positioning the Role of Government Scientifically and Accelerating the "Villages in City" Transformation——Based on the Analysis Perspective of the Scientific Development Concept

＂Villages in city＂ transformation is a systematic project, it needs to gather all parties＇join forces to promote its development, in which no doubt that the government plays a key role, has undertaken important missions. However, as a major strategic decision of urbanization process , China~ ＂ Villages in city＂ transforming is faced with the Villages in difficulties and limitations, in particular the government~ role positioning and functions manifestation need a higher demand , it is an urgent need for government departments to make the scientific development concept as the guide line and accelerate the ＂ Villages in city＂ transformation, realize an orderly, coordinated and sustainable development of the city.
