| 摘 要： | 全面推进依法治国,要把宪法的实施放在特别重要的地位。要不断提高领导干部运用法治思维和法治方式深化改革、推动发展、化解矛盾、维护稳定的能力,要全面落实依法治国基本方略,法治政府基本建成,司法公信力不断提高,人权得到切实尊重和保障,我国的民主制度更加完善,民主形式更加丰富。
