| 摘 要： | 公安行政强制措施一直是理论界疏于研究的一个课题。在实践中 ,公安行政强制措施常常与公安行政处罚相混淆 ,公安行政强制措施可以分为对人身权的公安行政强制措施和对财产权的公安行政强制措施。文章在对公安行政管理法律、法规进行归纳、总结的基础上 ,分别对这两大类公安行政强制措施的种类作出了界定。

| Abstract: | The public security's administrative coercive measure has always been a topic neglected studying by theoretical sphere. In practice, the measure has often been mixed up with public security's administrative penalty. The public security's administrative coercive measure can be classified into coercive measures to personal rights and property rights. The article defines these two types of measures respectively on the basis of classification and conclusions of the public security's administrative laws and regulations. |
