对职务消费中违规现象的思考

职务消费是干部公务活动中不可避免的消费。但职务消费中存在的违规问题 ,已成为一个敏感的热点话题。对正当的不正当的、合理的不合理的职务消费应区别对待。正当的职务消费应给予正名和适当的位置。对违规的职务消费要针对其呈现出的趋势和特征 ,分析其产生的原因 ,探索加强和规范职务消费的管理途径。

Analyses on the Duty - expenditure of Leaders' Getting out of Line

Duty-expenditure is inevitable expenditure in the activity of leaders. There exit problems in the experiment of duty-expenditure, becoming a subtle issue in our life. We should make difference between justice and unjustice, reasonable and unreasonable duty-expenditure, and give the right duty-expenditure right position. As to passive, recessive and unmanageable expenditure, we should base it on character and trends, analyse the reason of its production, and research the way of management to enforce and rule the duty-expenditure of leaders.
