| 摘 要： | 宽严相济的刑事司法政策本身蕴含着深刻的和谐思想，符合和谐社会的法治原则，体现了和谐社会的人权保障理念，适应了和谐社会矛盾解决机制的要求。在构建和谐社会进程中，要牢固树立促进杜套和谐的新的刑事司法理念，大胆改革创新促进社会和谐的相关司法制度，积极探索促进社会和谐的相关刑事案件处理办法。

| Abstract: | The criminal policy of tempering justice with mercy meets the intrinsic requirement of building a socialist harmonious society.Establishment and execution of the policy will certainly promote reform and innovation in criminal legislation and criminal judicature.Therefore,we should take practical and effective measures in building a socialist harmonious society to guarantee implementing this criminal policy. |
