| 摘 要： | 随着我国非公有制经济的蓬勃发展,非公有制经济组织中的党建工作面临新的形势和挑战。总起来说,非公有制经济组织中的党员队伍主流是好的,但同时我们必须看到,保持共产党员先进性在非公有制经济组织中还面临不少问题,需要我们切实加以解决,从而增强党的基层组织的凝聚力和社会影响力。

| Abstract: | Crenerally speaking, most of the Party members in economic organizations of the non-public sectors are good, but, at the same time, we should notice that we are faced with a lot of problems in making sure Party members remain advanced there. So we must solve these problems in order to increase the influence and rallying force of the primary organizations of the Party in society at large. |
