An Exploration of Children Welfare Policy and Measure

The question of children welfare has aroused a worldwide concern and attention.Along with the change in economics,politics and concepts and especially with the rising status of family and children ,the government of every country is actively involved in the cause of children welfare and shoulders the responsibility of formulating policy of children welfare.This paper discusses the government's shoulder,expounds the basic connotation of the policy and its formulation principle,sums up the current polices implemented in our coutry and the existing problems,and puts forward a trend of the policy developing of children welfare in our country.
