| 摘 要： | 该文分析比较了重庆市北碚区三个行政村土地流转模式,指出在农村土地流转中,只要适宜当地条件、满足项目发展需要、能够促进农村土地的高效利用,就可以大胆实践,为农村发展、农民增收创造条件。要做好土地流转工作,在有法律法规的保障和政策主导的同时还要充分考虑市场因素。
