| Abstract: | Case Guidance System is different from the Case System,which is a institutional innovation of Chinese judicial system.Case Guidance System contains the unique advantages by making up for the shortcomings of statutory law and judicial interpretations.It is the basic reason that the system can exist.What's more,its external value is a strong tool to achieve a harmonious society in China. |
